Reviews
Fantastic little cafe, next the the road but surrounded by trees and heaps of seating. Lovely atmosphere and fantastic staff. Food looks lovely but I only had time for a coffee which was amazing.
Very nice and cozy little place you can take your Mrs to. At almost full capacity on a Sat morning, we waited less than 20 minutes for our food, which is excellent service! Food was good portion size is average. JOANS breakfast costs about $24.5 and is very nice. Mocca is nice and creamy, and the Portuguese tarts are good.
Overall it is a really nice place to visit a d I would highly recommend it 👌
Wonderful food and a really lovely setting.
Great caffe with a really nice atmosphere.
Food was perfectly cooked and well priced.
Just don’t come when it’s busy:( waited 40 min for coffee.
On the positive side it is a nice setting overlooking the sporting oval. Sadly, it ends there. No smiles, poor body language, coffee cups slammed on table. What’s going on? I will not return unless under new management
Rustic and cozy cafe near the Belair trails. It has a nice outdoor sitting area that allows you to enjoy nature while dining and a cute veggie garden. Pet friendly in the outdoor seating area. A variety of selection with pastries and sweet treats. Eggs benedict was cooked perfectly. Eggs were runny and hollandaise sauce was delicious. Pumpkin soup special was heart warming and perfect for winter. Beef cheek curry special was a big disappointment unfortunately. It was served with only 4 tiny pieces of beef cheeks in a bed of brown rice. Curry was tad bit sweet. Papadums were not as crispy.
Some great flavourful cafe options and daily specials. A hot spot for the locals and you may need to book ahead for a table inside. Lots of pasties and cakes to go too.
A really nice cafe with good food and friendly staff. The loaction and seating options can't be beat. I did find the chicken burger a bit greasy so hence the drop in a star. The Halloumi burger was excellent though!
